Its been a nightmare so far. I literally just switched to Verizon 2 hours ago and I have not been able to get someone to help with my account since I am new. I cannot pick up my items because I need an account pin and when I try to reset pin or create one it says I need a device active on account to do so because I'm not account manager when I'm the only person on the account. customer service cant help me reset and now I'm out $107 with no phone or home internet. Please someone help me get my new device or a refund before I submit a complaint to the BBB. I don't know what else to do.
