Old phone deactivated too soon

I ordered a new phone. I asked if I activate it when I got it. The answer was yes. Well, my old phone was deactivated way before I received my new one got here. In fact I'm waiting for it and no service for my present phone. It will be 3 to 4 days without a phone, which I need. I've filed a complaint, but nothing being done 

They could overnight me a phone. The new phone is already on my active as if I've received it

I have my verizon phone I'm Upgrading from. They have activated my new phone and in haven't got it yet. I can only use messenger now, no Wi-Fi calling even. That was very reckless of them, leaving me without communications. I'm 70nwhat if if fall ect.

I had  to end up cancelling my new phone, and go back to my old phone and prepaid. I even changed my account . I haven't gotten my refund for the new phone. I never gotten a private message.  I still don't understand stand why my new phone was activated before I got it. It was a mess.bim still upset about all of this. Email me or call my new phone number on file

Verizon is still showing the new phone which I canceled 3 times now, active,and which I do not have. Verizon redirected the phone back to them when I canceled it online with am agent. I was told it was cancelled then. 

I'm going to have to get a lawyer it seems. No payments better come out of my credit card. I went in line and the account was still active. I suspended the line there. When really I don't have it. 

UPS sent it back to Verizon Dec 27 th. It never reached my hour. it was activated way before I was to get it. . I'm tired of messaging with this. I have tried to tell every agent about this no one can get  straight

We certainly understand the safety aspect, Earlene1. Normally, phone's don't activate until they are initially powered on, so that is certainly strange. Hello this is Earlene 1 I changed to earlene 2 because I couldn't get back on. I ended up cancelling my whole order and kept the old phone and went back to prepaid. That was the most stressful transition I ever did, getting a new phone and losing my old phones connection before the new one got to me. I really wanted to upgrade but I won't do it here. I'll just find another carrier. I want compensated for all the trouble and stress I went through. I had been or still an a customer but I won't get another upgrade unless I have the phone in hand
