I have seen Verizon's true colors and am so very disappointed! After jumping through hoops to get my credit app approved have now had to place 3 orders and have yet still unable to receive order or have my order figured out what's the issue. I've spoken to credit dept, fraud dept, inside sales and internet order support dept with same result, "Cancel order and place new order". What even infuriates me even more is Verizon's blatant false advertising that to pick up in store is "completely free" and there's "no additional charges" but that's not true. If you in a state that has no sales tax for cell phones then Verizon REQUIRES you to pay $25 PER DEVICE (refundable)to pick up instore. After checking the fine print and Verizon's terms and conditions, it does NOT say ANYTHING about that refundable deposit requirement. I even had a customer service rep tell me that it wasn't Verizon's requirement to pay the $25 per device deposit, that its my own state (AZ) requiring it. I laughed because I knew that was completely false and goes to show how undertrained and lack of knowledge these employees have.
