Hello, i have a big problem! So I need a supervisor.

 

First I got  home internet, next day a lady from Verizon called me and offer me to change my three phone lines from att to Verizon. I said that I have credit for the att phones . She answered me it’s not a problem and said that Verizon will paid off this phones. I sent to her email [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] screenshots with information how much money left to paid off. She said me ok , VZ paid this money off. So I agree with that and sent to her account number and transfer pin. And my phones immediately lost the data. And now for three days I can’t talk and use internet . When I came to Verizon office they said u are existing Verizon customer and we cant pay off ur phones. So I’m in trap now.  I have work with my phone and lost every day 500$. I’m very angry and mad. Solve my problem guys!

Hi IuriiFedorenko,

Private messages are sent via this community platform and can be accessed by clicking/tapping on the envelope icon at the top right of any Community Page. When a new message arrives, a number will appear on the envelope.

I got ur messages and go to the Verizon store, they did trade in for me, but didn’t do pay off, they said that they can’t do that. So I’m waiting for u solve this problem
