My Netflix account was activated with no problem but when
Netflix Premium - bundled: activated. Next up: Paramount+ with SHOWTIME - bundled.
Your Netflix Premium - bundled subscription is active. Now let's get Paramount+ with SHOWTIME - bundled going to finish up your bundle.
When i click manage i get this message
Unable to load your subscriptions.
We are currently unable to get the list of your subscriptions. Please retry.
I have been getting this message the last two weeks

I subscribed to Paramount Plus and Netflix for $99/year in March. I have never been able to get either one activated. Iโve contacted multiple people at Verizon numerous times and no one has been able to help me. They tell me they will escalate the issue then I never hear back. This has been going on for five months now. I still do not have access to either app.
