Hi,
I have a verizon SIM that has been bought for some IoT testing. I am not able to get SIM PIN status from this specific SIM. All other vendor SIMs on my unit give out the SIM PIN status immediately. Only from Verizon SIM, I don't get this information. I used QMI to talk to the modem.
I get this response from the SIM:
IMEI:*****
SIM card: present
SIM status: Not initialized
PIN tries left: 0
PUK tries left: 0
SIM ICCID: *****
Kindly let me know if there is anything required from my side to get this to work.
