Extremely upset with the service. They charged fees we were unaware and when asked for explanation we got taxes, set up, & down payment. However, according to the papers I have there was no down payment for my phones. I also expressed several times that I could set my phones up at home and the salesperson did not allow me to do that. There are also devices in my bag currently that were not even set up but I got charged fees for them to be set up. You do not pay for services you did not receive.
