Trying to switch plans to Verizon.

I’ve been trying to switch plans TO Verizon for three hours. Went in person to a store and have been on the phone with two separate representatives. People couldn’t have been kinder, but every time I signed something and confirmed I was switching (four times), they transferred me to “do one last thing.” On my most recent transfer, the call dropped and I now no longer have service and am relying entirely on WiFi. Will undoubtedly be telling everyone I know to stay away from Verizon. This is ridiculous.
