Trying to transfer 2 phone numbers

I have been trying for 2 full days to transfer 2 phone numbers. There is only phone calls or live chats. The people on the phone are impossible to understand, the live chats continuously disconnect or people transfer you and you have to restart your conversation. I’ve been on the chat for 12 hours today and 6 hours yesterday and there has been no change whatsoever in my service. I already have had to contest several charges that were not accurate earlier this week which took no less than 7 hours to work out.

Are you bringing these 2 phone numbers in from another carrier, or is it that you are trying to transfer the lines to someone else's account?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
