I activated my 5G internet service with Verizon last week. Since then, I have been in contact with at least 3 customer service reps who weren't able to help. When I log into My Verizon and go to my account overview, I'm unable to see any of my account information (my name, services, bills, equipment, etc). When I click on the "link services" option I get an error that something went wrong and I'm back at square one. How can I fix this? I need to be able to see/have access to the information.
