I activated my 5G internet service with Verizon last week. Since then, I have been in contact with at least 3 customer service reps who weren't able to help. When I log into My Verizon and go to my account overview, I'm unable to see any of my account information (my name, services, bills, equipment, etc). When I click on the "link services" option I get an error that something went wrong and I'm back at square one. How can I fix this? I need to be able to see/have access to the information.

Hi did they ever figure out how to fix it? Same problem here, been over a week. Not one of them knows anything, they are nice, but totally clueless. Iโm having serious doubts about switching from ATT now. Anyway if you wouldnโt mind please let me know how they fixed it if they did. Thank you.

Hi, same issue here. Did they ever figure out what the problem was? I'm still unable to link services, almost a month now, and no one at Verizon seems to be able to understand n or fix their own problem. Very frustrating and concerning for a new customer. Please let me know how they fixed your problem if they did. Thank you.

I have the same exact problem, spent more than 6 hours total time on the phone, the verizon is clueless how to fix this. You would think that a telecommunication company could figure this out, but they seem not to care that many of us are experiencing this problem. They cannot even send a bill to my address

Has this ever been resolved? I have the same problem with same results and outcomes. Over 18 attempts. Even got to the security question, answered it correctly then off to link services only to end back at verification. Absolutely ridiculous not to be able to access my account. Even worse no one at Verizon seems to be paying attention and offering to help. Sad business practice.

Where can I file a complaint about this problem? I've seen so many people encounter this problem, but Verizon still hasn't provided a solution.
