Unable to link services

I switched from AT&T to Verizon 3 days ago.  I created a username and password for my Verizon and it says to link my services.  I keep getting an error message when I try to link them.  I have been on the phone with 2 agents and reset my password multiple times.  Even waiting longer than the advised "24 hours".  I cannot try to link with my account number, because I do not know my account number without being able to see my account.  So i try with my Verizon phone number (that came over from AT&T) , it keeps saying try again later. It's been 3 days at this point with this error appearing. I keep trying to chat with Verizon but it appears the actual chat is broken all the time. Not sure what to do at this point as there's no FAQ that can assist with this issue.  Can someone please help me??

I'm wondering if you signed up on My Verizon before your line was completely active on Verizon, and hence you ended up with a guest account instead of an actual account.  If the system is not letting you sign up as if you'd never had an account using your phone number, then someone at Verizon will have to delete your guest account.  Afterwards, you'd register on My Verizon using your phone number and it should give you an actual account where you'll be able to see your account number and other details when logged in.
