Any ideas here,
I got my phone saturday via UPS went though the set up process but it just goes to SOS only mode. I tried chat it does not pull up for me. I tried call be back it says not available at this time. I tried calling (from another number)and the help phone bot says our record indicate you are not a customer good bye.
When I try to add the device to myverizon it just keep saying we cant do this at this time try again later.
This is the work new customer experience I have ever had and I'm about to cancel everything.

ank you for taking the time to reach out to share your experience about Verizon service. Let’s work together to find a solution. When you see SOS on an iPhone that indicates no service that may be impacted by coverage of the phone is not fully activated. Her is additional informaiton on Apple iPhone - Activate a New iPhone https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-206563/. Please reply to the private message being sent for further troubleshooting. We are eager to turn your situation around.

Thanks for the replay but that does not help. And my frustration is growing. I finally got a live person on chat and he couldnt pull my phone number and seems to think its a business account. ITS NOT. i signed up on the normal website.
The number he gave for business ending in 0204 I have to call from my old phone says your not a customer good bye.
At this point I want to cancel but I cant even get ahold of anyone. The call back feature says not available, chat when it shows up has a stupid bot, and I cant even call in.
