Unable to verify my identity to start service

I have been trying to switch over to verizon from tmobile for the past week and everytime I place my order I get an email to send my personal infomation and copy of bill. Then when I check on status, they ask me to call them just to tell me they cannot verify the information I sent. Not sure what else I can tell them. Does this mean that I am able to use Verizon service? I am trying to bring over 8 new lines.

Can you get to a corporate Verizon store? This is just my experience, but I've found porting to be easier done by going to the carrier's store with all 3 carriers I've used.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

The corporate store does accept online only discounts. Guess I’ll just stick my current provider, at least they give you honest answers.
