Been trying to log into my new acount for 2 DAYS NOW  to ADD AUTO PAY but am stuck on the authorization code page. When clicking "send code" I keep getting an error message "OOPS Looks like something went wrong. Come back later to complete your request."   A Verizon tech (Kenneth) told me last night that they have been having this problem. (Yeah, hello!)

If I am unable to get this set up before the 1st bill generates, I will dispute the $10 I would have  saved.

FIX - I set up a NEW account under a DIFFERENT email and ‘wallah!”. I was logged in and successful in adding Auto Pay to this new account. I now, however, have two emails listed with Verizon and have been getting confirmation emails to both : > (


I believe the issue was that I had cell service with Verizon years ago and they never deleted the account and email info. When I added my 5G Gateway info using that same email, their system got confused and would not let me set up my account. OMG!

Hello TxUser00, I how you are having a great day.  Let's look at your email notification issue together. Have you had a chance to log on to MyVerizon, go to settings and profile and confirm the email address(es) that are set to receive notifications?
