The Verizon chat is a huge nightmare! I am trying to contact someone, and it keeps taking me in circles. I am switching over to Verizon, and two of the three transfer numbers are still pending. It says wrong pin, but I am unsure why. I can't call, so I am trying to chat, and I am getting nowhere. Why does it say wrong pin when one of the phones is eligible to transfer from the same exact account and PIN?

Hi, I'd find a landline or borrow someone's phone. Verizon's Porting Department may be reached at 888-844-7095. The transfer PIN you obtained from your old carrier might have expired, or it was linked to only one number, so then you would need to get separate ones for each of the other 2 lines?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
