Verizon new line activation

I added new lines  to Verizon. It is showing active on Verizon.  I'm also able to make call from this line phone number. But when someone call me, I'm getting call in old phone( with old carrier). It seems , same number is working on 2 different carrier. I also check old carrier account and it is still active there.

Since last 3 days I'm calling and chatting to verizon tech support. Different tech expert troubleshooting issue and still it's not fixed. None of them see that line isn't ported to Verizon yet. Experts are providing any solutions such as

1. phone is locked by Apple , call to apple to unlock device then they can push eSim.
2. Your device delivery status is not updated on Verizon , so they aren't able to activate. It will be updated in 24 hours. Although I got device since last 4 days.

Verizon showing line active on account but it's still active with old carrier. Verizon started billing for this line however, it's still not working.

Verizon charging activation fee, however they aren't able to complete activation.

Real issue is line isn't ported but none of tech expert could identify and resolve. I spoke to 8 different tech expert and none of them able to resolve it.

Who can resolve and activate new line?

Hello, kep_732. Help is here as we are overjoyed to have you as our customer. Just to confirm, it sounds like you have completed a port in, meaning, you ported your phone number from one wireless provider to us. Is that correct? If yes, did you complete the port in process? Did you receive a text from us stating the port was completed? Have you restarted the devices? Please advise.

Your port is obviously stuck halfway, because when a port is in progress, outgoing calls go through the new carrier, but incoming calls are still handled by the old carrier.  I would first contact your old carrier to make sure there weren't any issues with your account because owing someone money can cause them to hold your number.  If the transfer PIN expired, you might need a new one.  I don't know why you were being asked about a lock status on your phones, because you have an old phone with the old carrier, and a new phone which you want to use on Verizon which hasn't gotten the number fully ported to said new phone.  Unless the new phone is locked to some other carrier, which isn't Verizon?

@vzw_customer_support  can you please provide the OP with the number for Verizon's Porting Department, as I cannot post phone numbers myself due to forum rules?  My notes say the number ends in 7095.
