Wrong Account E-Mail Address For Account Registration

When the account got registered, the email address was 1 letter off, so now I am not able to verify my e-mail address for the associated account.
I've tried customer support and they were not able to do anything. So if anyone has any ideas, it would be helpful, since the account has everything set up (e.g. address, billing..etc). If there was an alternate means of verifying the account i can make the change myself, but right now I can't.
So please Verizon CS help me out.
