how do I find account number on newly established service? I set up my new account log in but it now says I need to link service. It will not take the phone number I am porting to VZ and then gives me an account number option
Is your number activated on Verizon, or is it still with your old carrier? You need to wait on registering your phone number with My Verizon until the line is working on Verizon. Otherwise, you get only a guest access account which doesn't do anything.
Once your service is up and running, then you will be able to see your account number and all the other details when you've registered the phone number on My Verizon and login to your account.
