I had a customer service representative help me port my number from T-Mobile to Verizon. And my phone has been stuck in SOS mode. I have powered my phone off and on many times, but it is still in SOS mode. I am just needing help with this issue.

Hi, hope your port finally went through, but if it didn't...Did you try contacting T-Mobile to see if they released the number or if there's some other issue? I am not sure, but I believe both T-Mobile and Verizon port numbers in by first creating a temporary number which they port your actual number on top of, and having been a customer at both carriers, can tell you that the port should have gone through pretty much instantaneously if it worked. Sure hope whomever at Verizon who did your port didn't just mess it up somehow.

Hello SynthpopAddict, we're sorry that your port in was not as smooth as expected. Sometimes these orders tend to get stuck. Were you able to get this issue resolved? If you're still having issues you can contact our port department at 1-888-844-7095.
