HELP. My phone was taken to apple for repair and they broke my screen, so they gave me a new phone that is unactivated. I am out of town, and i cannot log into my account with two factor because the phone is not active. I cannot chat with customer service because i can't login. I can't call customer service because the phones not active. I cannot go to a store because I am out of town and have limited transportation after working hours. What are my options here ??
