HELP. My phone was taken to apple for repair and they broke my screen, so they gave me a new phone that is unactivated. I am out of town, and i cannot log into my account with two factor because the phone is not active. I cannot chat with customer service because i can't login. I can't call customer service because the phones not active. I cannot go to a store because I am out of town and have limited transportation after working hours. What are my options here ??
Good morning feiock0496. What a challenge when activation does not go as planned. You mentioned you are unable to log into your account. Which account are you referring to? Apple? MyVerizon? Let's work together so you have service activated on your Verizon account/phone.
