porting issue

My phone number has not ported over to Verizon from Consumer Cellular. And the Verizon Port Center rep said it should have by 11 pm last night - she delayed it until then because if it were any earlier, CC would shut down my phone. Well, I do not have service now on my old phone or my new one.

I can't call Verizon  for help because I have no phone.

I can't even chat because the chat function wants to send me a text message to verify. I do not have phone service so as to be able to chat. 

Don't send me a how-do that involves calling. If you want me to chat or email, I can do that IF YOU DONT HAVE AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM OF VERIFICATION NEEDING A PHONE OR A TEXT FUNCTION.

Please advise.

Have you tried contacting Consumer Cellular to make sure they released the number and there wasn't any other kind of hold on your account with them?

Thanks for posting. The problem was solved.
