"Is it really a favor?!"

I went into a Verizon location in reference to trade in my phone due to their recent advertising "trade in and or "up grade any phone!" I was convinced that setting up my own line and account under a new # Would be beneficial for me so I said "oka. Sounds good!" The Rep. Wrapped up the phone and the tablet said oka you're all set and then proceeded with "all that's due today is $230.00!" I then asked "do I do a factory reset on my phone for the trade in?" He said oh "No you don't need to trade it in you're all good!"Which I had asked many times there if there was any fee's due "today" he said " you will be good "many times. I didn't get a receipt at that time and I was billed $232. That day and due in about a week. I went back in for a receipt the rep was making me feel like I was in the wrong asking with fun  "oh you wanted both promotions!" Umm "I wanted the option of what promotion worked best for me!" Then she had me do some calculations and said "he actually did you a favor!"

#inform customers of your in store fees Give them a choice on their options of getting a favor, or getting #financially taken advantage of! Save their time and get more positive feedback compared to more and more unhappy customers due to the #friendly fee's. At this rate does Verizon actually pay their reps? Or is it all coming out the customers bank accounts?

Thank you!
