Caller id not working properly Please Help!!

Mt caller ID ask me me to enter the contact but I know it is in there already and it just shows the number when it used to show the person's name. I don't know how to fix this or is something wrong with my phone?

Make sure each contact has an area code before their phone number
Make sure that the caller ID funtion is not disabled. Go to my verizon-->account actions-->features-->select your phone-->caller ID
