I am having trouble transferring pictures to my computer. When i open my phones internal memory and go to DCIM file it appears empty even though i see pictures on my phones camera. Any ideas?
Did you change the USB mode to File Transfer?

Yes, i did. But folders opens empty. When i check the phone pictures are there
