ringer volume

My ringer volume will randomly revert to silent and pushing the volume up button does nothing nor does going into the system settings and trying to adjust the volume. Sometimes it will correct itself, and sometimes resetting the phone corrects the issue. I've had this phone for only 2 or 3 months. It's a Motorola Android Turbo.

Blofeld0 - I want to ensure you're able to hear your device at all times. I'm here to help. I just need a few additional details. Do you have any of the Moto Assist features active on your device (home, driving or sleep mode)? These mode do contain actions that will allow you to keep the phone quiet and only allow priority contact interruptions. When in these modes any changes you make to the sound settings will be overriden by the Moto Assist setting. Often when these modes are active, an icon displays in the upper left hand corner of your notifications display (home, road or half moon). If these modes aren't active when the phone isn't ringing, do you notice any other icons in the upper right hand corner of your device to the left of your 4G indicator. Keep me posted.

There are no Moto Assist programs being used and no other icons appear in

the task bar at the top when this issue occurs.

I have a Droid Turbo as well, Blofeld0. Lets continue to work on this together. When you go into your settings, Sound and notification do you have Interruptions turned on? Also, please try to adjust your Ring Volume up and down while you are in this screen. Is that working properly?
Next let try using the volume up and down keys to adjust your volume. Does that work? Try testing this out and let us know if any of these steps work for you.

No Interruptions are turned on; and while under the Sound settings, if I

try to adjust the ringer volume nothing happens. The node looks like it

begins moving up the bar but snaps back to the complete left when I let go

of the button, same goes for moving it with my finger.
