I enrolled in the autopay method for my bill. How can I learn what day of the month the payment will be charged to my credit card.
I'm prepaid, so my autopay date is the expiration date of my monthly plan to renew it for the next month. For postpaid customers, I found this on the website:
When you sign up for autopay, Verizon sends a confirmation message that includes your automatic payment date. The autopay charge or debit will be made on the date specified in your monthly billing notice or bill, which Verizon provides at least 10 days in advance. If the payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge or debit will be initiated on the next business day.
You can change your autopay payment date at any time through your My Verizon account online or via the app. If you select a payment date that is the 29th, 30th, or 31st, your payment will be made the following day for months that do not include that date. If your next payment is due before your new withdrawal date, you should make that payment manually.
