2019 Black Friday Promotion Problems

Promised a $-400 off iPhone 11 for Black Friday Deal and Verizon is not Honoring the Deal. Verizon Customer Service rep actually tried to claim they didn't really remember the deal and asked me to provide proof. They claim to "delete" their promotions after so many months. The deal was advertised on many websites and is still searchable. I'm surprised to be having to think about switching companies after almost two decades with Verizon.

You're going to have to be a lot more specific than "Black Friday promotion" since there were several running.

A lot of the better promos typically require either a specific plan like unlimited data, new line or both.

It was -$400 iPhone 11 on Black Friday only. It didn’t require adding a line and that’s one reason I went for it. Also, I did not read anywhere that I had to switch to an unlimited data plan. It let me checkout my cart and pay as if I would receive the discount. I also didn’t receive any sort of indication or notification that I should make a change to my plan to get the deal.

The Invoice didn’t show the promo and I remember thinking I wish I’d taken a screenshot.
It seemed normal though since they said it would take a few billing cycles to show up.

I never thought Verizon would let customers hang like that so I’m considering my options.
