How do I add an Account Manager?

The Account Owner can add Account Managers to the Verizon wireless account:

* Visit the Account Management page in My Verizon or contact Customer Service after the account has been open for more than 7 days. In My Verizon, fill in the person's name, email address and mobile number. Choose Add Account Manager. We'll send a confirmation message to your mobile device.
* In a Verizon store – Can add any time after the Verizon wireless account is open.

Note: You can have up to 3 Account Managers.

How do I remove an Account Manager?

To remove an Account Manager, go to the Account Management page in My Verizon and click Remove next to the Account Manager's name. We'll send a verification request to you by email or text. Follow the link to confirm the change.
