Airplane mode or phone turned off iphone 8

When an iphone 8 is in airplane mode and or turned off and someone calls, will the phone call show up in your call log on the phone bill at the time the person called or after you turn it back on or off of airplane mode or does the call not show up at all on the call log on your phone bill?

Kratsaj, it's always good to have a clear understanding of how your device features work. I can definitely address your airplane mode inquiry. When airplane mode is enabled it does suspend all radio connectivity such as cellular (voice & data), Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The latter two can be re-enabled however while airplane mode is on. With cellular off, your calls are not going to hit your phone in order to advise you in your call log of a missed call. The caller will however be routed into voicemail (if your voice mailbox is active and can receive messages) and can leave a message should they choose to do so. Text messages (in green) also can't be received when airplane mode is on (but the blue iMessage ones will transmit if connected to Wi-Fi) but our servers will hold those messages for up to 5 days before they expire so if at any point the airplane mode is turned off, those messages will route in to your device as soon as our network shows a cellular connection to a tower. No, the missed call log and your bill (or your MyVerizon account online) will list a missed call that came in when the phone was in Airplane mode or the phone was turned off. If the person calling leaves you a voicemail, then you will receive a notification of a new voicemail when the phone's radios are activated again by turning off Airplane mode or turning the back on the phone.
