Anyone get their card charged or shipping info for 128 GB 6+ model?

I ordered the space gray, 128GB, 6+ at about 12:01 AM PDT. Received email confirmation at 12:03 AM PDT, stating 9/19 delivery date. No credit card charge yet. Checking order status by preorder confirmation number says "We received your order and it is in process. Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time." Checking order status by order number says "We do not have a record of Order Number...". I called Verizon yesterday and rep said that my order would ship on the 19th. I'll be a little disappointed if I don't get the phone on Friday, as I did everything I could to get the order in as quickly as possible as soon as the preorders began.

IDroid. I order a silver 128GB 6+ model (within a hour when it started) and received a 9/19 delivery on every page, including the order summary and confirmation pages (I even printed them out...). I then received an email with the confirmation and same delivery date. I haven't been charged fully for the phone, only a "$1 pending transaction" on my credit card. When I check the verizonwireless.com order status website it states a 10/14 shipping date. Hoping they will honor the 9/19 shipping date, and I take offense that Verizon reps replying to posts state this was only an "estimate shipping date." If that was the case then Verizon should have CLEARLY indicated it was estimated. They don't on ANY page. That said, I've read there are issues with the 6+ screens and perhaps that is too blame. I'm checking my credit card online account several times a day and will let you know if I get charged at some point.

My order status says delivery date unavailable so I am hoping it will change or update soon. 128 GB space grey 6+

It looks like 128's are still held up 16 and 64's have been shipping all day. As soon as you see a charge on your CC you know it's on the way. My CC was charged around 2 and had a tracking # 2 hours later. Best of luck!

All: I checked my Verizonwireless account this morning and it is going in the wrong direction. What showed as a 10/14 shipping date (even though I had the original 9/19 date) now says, "We received your order and it is in process.

Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time." My credit card still only shows the $1 pending transaction as well. Has anyone seen anything different on the iPhone 6 plus 128GB version? It would be helpful to at least hear something from Verizon Wireless to my personal email (in addition to the order confirmation email I received from them!) telling me the true status. If there are issues (whatever they may be), please tell us customers what is going on. All we have now is uncertain and changing status and no other formal communication letting us know what is happening. The plan Verizon seems to be taking is we'll just accept it....

I have seen reports or Verizon orders with 128 Gb 6+ models being process through and cards being charged some even have shipping emails too.

So I hope they start processing more 128 GB models today and we all get shipping notifications soon!

Still nothing yet here on the West Coast for a 6 plus 128 GB version as of 2pm PST on Monday. No updates on the order page and no credit card full charge yet either. I've also attempted to get confirmation via the Verizon reps but so far no success in actually reaching a rep.

I got nothing. Ordered at 3:09AM EST. Initial email said scheduled delivery one 9/19. No further email updates, not status change on the preorder lookup, still doesn't have a ship date. I also haven't been charged as of yet.

When I preorder a phone at full retail price ($949), I expect it to be delivered on day one, otherwise I'd just wait and pick one up instore whenever they become available.

Check your email to make sure they don't cancel your order like they canceled mine even though it sounds like we submitted our orders at the exact same time (3:09am EST on 9/12/14).....

Hmm I doubt it. My last name begins with a B. I havent received any additional updates on the 128 Plus Gold that I ordered either however a rep confirmed today that my order was placed prior to 3:23 a.m. so my device would be attached for the by 9/19 schedule. Truth will be known on Thursday. I would like to believe them yet I remain to be optimistic. This is my first and last time EVER pre ordering .

Three of my friends that ordered at the same time as me got shipping numbers today. I got told that my order was recreated due to a glitch and I must wait until November. Your mileage may vary, I would suggest contacting someone at Verizon for an update

I was told that it depends on the warehouse that your order is shipping from, but wouldn't my place in the "order line" make sure that I have a phone waiting for me from a warehouse that has it BEFORE other users who ordered after me? Also, Verizon will not disclose where these warehouses are located. I've tried asking but it's some non-disclosure contract they have with Apple.

What warehouses does everyone else have? Is anyone else experiencing 128 6+ issues with this particular warehouse? What time did you order and what time did you receive your email? Are you east coast or west?

My last name starts with B and I have an in the same "6+ 128 early riser" boat". I will be happy to see a change in my status.

My card was never charged, not even the $1.00 hold. Like so many other, I ordered early Friday morning and received the 9/19 ship date and now when I check the status I'm getting the "not available at this time" which I assume means that the status of the order is not available, not the equipment itself. I chatted with VZW this morning and she told me that my order was processing and that the 6 and 6 plus I ordered should ship together for a 9/19 delivery. She told me that a tracking number will be emailed to me once the order is processed and physically ready to ship and that a credit card charge will happen at the same time but might take 3-5 days to show.

6:46 AM PST still no update or status change on my 6+ 128 GB gray. Verizon is running out of time fast...

There are blocks of time that have shipping dates attached to them. If you ordered between X and X, then you will get your device by X. There isn't a lot of hope that I can splash around for those who ordered the 6 Plus, I'm afraid.

If you ordered a Gold 128GB on 9/12 between 3AM and 3:23AM, you'll get it on 9/19. Up to 6:54AM will get it on 10/7.

If you ordered a Silver 128GB on 9/12 between 3AM and 4:08AM, you'll get it on 9/19. Up to 4:38AM will get it on 10/7.

If you ordered a Space Grey 128GB on 9/12 between 3AM and 3:14AM, you'll get it on 9/19. Up to 4:14AM will get it on 10/7.

The 64GB folks aren't doing any better, though.

I ordered a gold 6 Plus before 3:23 AM but still no updates. I hope I get something today.

I was advised the same thing for the block being 3 and 3:23 which I fell into as the time I placed my order HOWEVER the email arrived confirming my order at 4:38. Based upon my most recent conversation it appears that they are indeed going by the time that THEY processed the order because I was recently advised for the device I ordered that my date is 10/7....I could have gotten a little more sleep....

Check the time that you received the confirmation email. I am sure that you and I, along with others are in the same boat. They are going by the time they processed the order EVEN THOUGH they have on record the time you actually placed the order as well.

I have a strange feeling we are all going to miss the 19 release date. Yes we all keep getting false information regarding when we are to receive our device. Like speaking to a rep just a few hours ago, they said I would get all of my information on 9/19. Is verizon really going to drop the "we know when you will get your device" on 9/19 instead of now? on that note, i am very upset that i pre-ordered, should have waited in line at the store.

Please let me know if you receive tracking/shipping details by or on friday and I will do the same. I spoke to another person from customer service instead of the Internet orders and she looked up my information and confirmed sort of the same information I was advised and that is the device will ship on or by the 19th to me. I have two day shipping so I wouldn't receive it until Tuesday. The other person advised me with internet orders that the device will ship to the warehouse on or by the 19th and be shipped to me...which still means that I would receive it Tuesday. Is it to much to ask for Verizon to have some consistency in this....

Apparently it is very difficult for a company who is so large to have a proper logistic group. As for the information, i will let you know as soon as i get updated information. I feel they have a list of "typical responses" like the moderator of this chat has been giving. I fear that if I post too much that I will never get my phone, but one response I see over and over again is "I know you are very excited about the new iPhone" or " how exciting".

Got the same error messages as you do. And im right there with you on the time. I am still going to try my luck in the store, and if i get the email that it shipped while im in line, then i will go home, but i doubt that i will...

That's awesome iDroid. And it's only Tuesday so that means that there is plenty of time for them to get it to you by Friday. Now we just have to hope that Apple servers can handle all the activations!

I noticed changed to my verizon account. My order is now displaying under my notifications and I can also view documents such as the equipment purchase and the edge installment agreement.

I checked my credit card company online and can now view the transactions but based upon my current limit and charges, it looks like a charge for the down payment I initiated is going to post twice.

Will call tomorrow to resolve.

Hi: I wanted to provide an update. I logged in and notice that my order is now showing under the notifications tab. When I click on to to check the status of recent order xxx placed on 9/12 it says to check back later. Its also list my device as the gold 128 Plus. I then checked the document and receipt tab and noticed that the equipment receipt is listed TWICE, once clearly states a duplicate. I then checked my credit card company online and notice that my limit declined, I am unable to see it though but based upon my calculations verizon has charged me twice for the down payment that I initiated. I will wait until tomorrow morning to confirm. Its the only thing it could be and based upon the installment agreement they are reflecting the down payment.

Have you checked your account for updates? I haven't received a confirmation email yet. Would be nice to receive that tomorrow because that would mean that I am receiving my device Friday. Also under the equipment receipt it also shows that two day shipping label at no charge was processed.

I am on the west coast, ordered my phone 6 plus 128gb through Verizon at 11:59pm on 9/11, confirmation email came at 12:38am on 9/12. This afternoon my status changed on the order status page from the not available message to a screen that says "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back tomorrow." along with a place for the tracking number to display (still blank now). Also, my cc was charged.

There is hope!! i had the same exact time as you, but got the 16gb!!

Update: I received my shipping/tracking details today. They charged my credit card twice for the down payment however I will wait until my device is well on its way before calling. I dont want there to be any additional issues or delays.

Congrats. Which device did u order and what dates were showing in email and website?

I also received a tracking number early this morning. One place on Verizon's site says it was shipped via UPS on 9/16 with 2 business day service. Another place says it is shipping via UPS on the 18th with overnight service. Either way it looks like it will be here on time.

Verizon support is almost always awesome, and I'm sure they're overwhelmed and doing the best they can, but conflicting and misleading information is not only frustrating for customers, but probably costs Verizon a lot in additional volume of support requests. A few simple adjustments might go a long way, such as explanatory text on the status page that says that it's normal for it to list an order as not found in the system, or an easy to find FAQ based on popular pre-order questions, or an explanation of how orders are shipped (e.g. based on phone model, transit time from nearest shipping center, time of order, etc).

Same here - card was finally charged late yesterday and overnight I got the shipping email w/tracking for my 128Gb 6+ space gray. Sigh of relief!

I already received both of my Spigen cases so have been exercising my hand for the stretching it will be doing over the weekend :smileyhappy:

I was charged for my two 64gb iphone 6's on Monday but don't have any shipping info yet. When I log in, it tells me to check back tomorrow. Considering my card was charged two days ago, my phones had better be on their way!

I ordered the gold 128 Plus. 9/19 was in the confirmation email along with the tracking/shipping delivery date.

When i click on the tracking number within verizon, it pulls me to the fedex website but clearly it is UPS. Up until now my tracking numbers wasn't found. I just checked it is now in the system with UPS. I have a two day delivery method as well. I did notice that verizon entered the wrong shipping date. Today is the 17th and they have it as the 18th. UPS confirmed that they have the delivery set by 3pm on the 19th so thats all I care about.

I just got a new account email - maybe im making process :smileyhappy: atleast i have an account number now, Altho tracking would be better

No firm update on my end. I've been trying to communicate via the Facebook messaging to Verizon reps for the past three days. So far I've had initial responses from 6 reps, but so far only one of them actually responded back after I gave them my order info. According to that rep the system shows an "expected delivery to Verizon on 9/19, then I would get shipping details for the phone to me." Since this wasn't a firm answer I responded back and a different rep said they couldn't give me a firm answer because they didn't have all the info from me they needed. That seems bogus to me, but I then sent them the two saved webpages I made during the order process (I saved the order review/summary page and the order confirmation webpages for my records for a case like this!) and have asked again for a status. No response and I sent the info over 3 hrs ago.

My order status still shows no available date yet for shipping, but does say the order has been received and is in processing. The one change is my credit card showed a $1 pending charge from Verizon until last night. As of last night the pending charge is gone and no other charge is present. That concerns me... Perhaps it's normal, but from everything I've read from others the real indication is when your credit card is charged.

I'm going to give the verizon rep another few hours to reply since I'm at work, but will call Verizon Customer Service this afternoon if I don't hear back. I'll let you know what I find out...

Do you have one day or two day shipping? In my case my credit card was charged Tuesday and I received the shipping confirmation this morning.

That sounds like Fedex one day? I dont remember. If it is one day over night, you still have tomorrow as your device would not ship until Thursday for arrival friday. Some customers have been charged and received shipping notices four/five days before the device is to be received however its sitting at a central location until its time to ship to their doorstep, while others received noticed on the final day for delivery to be received on the 19th. Even though I received a tracking number this morning, it wasn't found on UPS until about 1pm today.

Yes one day would be right, showed as picked up on 15th from vzw, but fedex says picked up date 9/17 12:25 est so we shall see, maybe mine will slip up and be delivered tomorrow. its not to far from me

My status updated from the we received the order to Your order is currently being processed. Please check back later. I now have an equipment purchase receipt under the documents and under notifications it references my confirmation number.

No tracking number yet, that will probably show in the AM I imagine.
