I purchased a new IPad through Verizon and received a link for the 6 months trial. However when I click the link redeem now it says cannot be found.

Hi. I purchased an iPad Air in December for the same promotion. However, I have never received an email and customer service (4 different agents to date) seem ignorant to the promotion, nor how to redeem.
How can we redeem this offer?
I’m having the same issue except my promotion was part of the monthly rewards through verizonup but when I click on the “use now” link it does nothing but load the Apple News app with the plus stories still blocked off. When I contacted Verizon via live chat, they said I’d have to call this number which is frustrating because as technologically advanced civilization has become, I should be able to do everything on my phone without actually having to call anyone lol seems ironic but I hate talking on the phone since I’m on it all day for work. Anyway, if anyone has any ideas on how we can redeem this promotion, please let us know. Thank you!!

Don’t bother calling Verizon, they will just tell you to call Apple Support. I’m having the same issue, when I click the redeem offer I get the App Store pop up that show the free subscription offer and then payment not processed. Dead end. Just like the dead end I hit when I called Verizon For help.
Similar problem with Verizon up rewards. Tried and tried on both iPhone and iPad. Please help.

That's certainly the last thing we want to see. Getting the most from your promotion is a big deal. Do you get any other message beyond that? Is your data working for other things?

Hello, Today when trying to redeem a 6-month Apple News+ free trial obtained as a Verizon Up reward, I was initially not able to redeem as the keyboard wouldn't show up at the Apple ID login screen. I closed all the apps on my iPhone, shut the power down, waited a bit and powered the phone back on, opened My Verizon app and then navigated to Verizon up (basically did it all over again); this time the keyboard normally displayed and I was able to redeem the offer. Cheers.

I was able to see a couple of months ago ( I have a screenshot of Verizon Up with the promo and it says to use by May 31) the link is no longer available
