Since iPhone does not have this feature is there an app we can download for iPhone users to have an auto reply when driving so no calls or texts can come thru?
I'm not aware of an app that will allow this. VZ Messages has this feature on Android however I just checked again and it is not available on iOS. I know this is a requested feature from Apple for iOS 11 from what I've seen on various tech websites. Hoping they implement this which would also be key for the Apple Watch. e.g. I don't need to see texts come into my watch while I'm driving.
You can use the Verizon Messages+ app but you will have to disable iMessage.
