Went to pick up my phone on Saturday and the guy that was working, Cory was so rude. He could not have been less helpful. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what but shouldn’t take it out on the customers.
What exactly happened?
If this were just a pickup, I can't imagine what needed to be done besides handing over the phone that would cause a negative experience.
