Bluetooth recommendations?

I have an iphone 5 can someone recommend a really good bluetooth (ear not portable)?  I am having trouble deciding on one and the reviews out there are not that great on the ones that verizon has listed.  Thanks

I've tried many BT ear pieces over the years and my personal favorite are Plantronics.  I have the Voyager which is a good ear piece but was having problems with it fitting under my glasses.  I then bought a Savor M1100 and am very happy with it.  One cool feature is a battery meter that shows up in the menu bar on the phone.
