Hello. Recently in December my mother in law has bought the promo where you get the iPhone 14 on trade or outright and get the iPad 10th Gen, and watch SE for free, but also there was a bonus offer for the air pods where if you got the deal they would send you a visa gift card code in your email up to 8 weeks later.
It's now 9/10 weeks and no code. And verizons telling her that she had to purchase them at the time of the phone and they would reimburse.
They got the deal in store and thebstore is saying exactly what I said they send a visa gift card 8 weeks later for it. Basically we're getting the run around. We just want the visa card for the airpods like the store told them they would get. I mean last I checked the stores know what they're doing. So if a Verizon team member could help that's be awesome.
