I am using ATT for Wifi and Verizon for cell service. Both my personal and business phone have this issue. I repeatedly get call failed when trying to dial out from each phone Very often, and when it happens the call will either fail for 3-5 minutes no matter how many times I try to dial out, Or if I Connect to wifi (if I was not connected and I was on cell services) or disconnect from wifi (if I was connected to wifi at the time) while this is occurring, it will usually solve the issue with 10-15 seconds.
This is my ONLY means of solving this issue, and it is temporary and will begin to occur again soon after.
I have 897 Download and 903 upload on wifi on computer.
I have 48 download and 75 upload on wifi on phone.
I have 5 download and .09 upload while not on wifi in my house.
So it is clear that my cell reception is Horrible while in my home but Why does wifi calling not work. And why does disconnecting from wifi which has a higher speed resolve the issue 50% of the time when I was connected while trying to dial out.
I cant take it anymore, I use one of my phones for business purposes.
Extra info: I have the highest tier unlimited business phone plan on my work phone, and a normal one on my personal. I have upgraded iphones every year and this has been occuring all the way back since Iphone SE, but NOT since I moved into my house. I have been with Verizon all along. This started several years ago and Ive lived here for 8+ years.
