Sick of #verizonwireless and the crappy customer service ... Wish I could get out of the ETF because I a, so sick and tired of run around and still have a phone that doesn't work for crap ... Since I can't get any support from them and have had a support ticket open since Tuesday morning that was supposed to be resolved in less than 24 hours ...
T-mobile and Sprint are paying ETFs you'll have to pay it off first but you'll get it back.
