Text and mobile are fine. This is the 2nd time I got 5 or more voicemails show up that were several days to weeks old and I had not seen them before.

Thank you for the information, PAMIU70.
When you are missing your Voice Mail messages, are you spending an extended period of time on your Wi-Fi?

PAMIU70, It's important to us that you're receiving your voicemail as they're left for you. Let's dig in a bit deeper on this issue. Are you having any issues with your mobile data services, or incoming calls ringing to your phone (reflecting as a missed call that never rang thru) or is this issue only limited to visual voicemail? A good troubleshooting step when having this issue is a reset of your network settings. Please give the steps shown in the following link a try and let us know if your delayed voicemail issue persists: Apple iPhone - Reset Network Settings | Verizon Wireless

I've reset my network settings. At this point, until someone leaves a voicemail, I won't know.

I appreciate you taking the steps that you have so far. Do you have another line available to call yourself to test the functionality or can you reach out to a friend to call you and leave a voice mail?

I'm still having the same problem as well as all the other customers. Iphone 6. Did the network reset with Verizon customer service on the phone. Still have old vms (usually between 4-7 days later) pop up after a new one arrives. It has been a problem for my work. I hope a solution can be found!

We understand the importance of finding a resolution for you regarding your Voicemail. We can definitely look further into this. What happens when you dial *86? What other troubleshooting has been completed on the device? How long has this been happening?

I have the same issue. I am able to retrieve messages by dialing *86, but I get almost no notification of voicemails anymore, although occasionally I will get them days or weeks later. I've tried all the fixes listed in this thread.

clcp365, we are concerned to hear you are having issues with your voicemails showing up after a long delay. You mentioned you did all troubleshooting steps. Have you reset your Voicemail Password with Verizon Wireless?

What was the resolution? I'm not getting my VMs for several days, then all of a sudden I get a notification that I have messages that were left days ago. This is really bad.

JASCRO60, Corona228, and 76north, the experience of not receiving a voicemail is not one that we here at Verizon Wireless want you to have. I’m sorry for the inconvenience. In addition to the steps recommended at the beginning of the thread, let’s re-initialize the voice mailbox by setting it up again.
Here’s how:
https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-202671/
Upon completion of Step 8, have a number call and leave a message. Share your results. What is the model of iPhone that you’re using?

I have the same problem. I had it turned off by calling but 10 minutes later the 30 day trial came on again and I can not access my regular voicemails.

My problem isn’t as extreme but it is still VERY annoying; voicemails have been popping up 12-24 hours after the caller left them. I’ll see the missed call, but it looks like they didn’t leave a message, then it arrives many hours later. This is garbage, it never used to do this. I have an iPhone 6 running version 12.1.4. I installed it a week ago or so, but this was happening long before then.
