After decades with Verizon, I am suddenly experiencing dropped calls. For the past two weeks, calls are connecting but dropping within minutes. Tech support is a mess. They send messages for more info after I open a service request. When I respond and click “Submit” .... it doesn’t go through. Submit. Submit. Submit. Nothing happens. The screen remains stuck and my response is unable to be sent.
Any suggestions on how to speak to an actual person? They don’t receive my text responses or app attempts. I’m ready to switch to AT&T.
