Dropped calls

I have an iPhone 7 and recently in my home have been getting a lot of dropped calls. My wife, who works from home, has also been dropping a lot of calls and is frustrated. In the past month or so we’ve noticed just 1-2 bars of service within the home. Any tips or suggestions?
