Last April I turned in my old phone and got a new phone and a new number. I recently discovered that I have been charged about 100 dollars a month for the last 14 months for the unused line and phone I turned in. Last week, I called and was told I would be given 100 dollar credit. I assumed per month. I found out last night it was a 100 dollar credit for the whole 1400 dollar amount I have been erroneously charged over the past year plus.
