Has anyone else not got an email confirmation of their iPhone order

I preordered the iPhone 5 last night although I haven't received an email confirmation of my order. I talked to an online associate who said my order had gone through. Also, I checked the order status of it and it says that it is being processed and expected to ship next Friday. I'm just waiting for my email receipt but I haven't received one. Anyone else having this problem?

You get an email I think when it's sent. Which could be next week or later. They don't charge you untill it's shipped.

I am having the same issue. How did you get your order number to check your order status? I ordered at 3:05am, and then it showed the order went through, the lady on the phone says it went through, but I never got a single email from Verizon.

I have the same issue and Verizon said that you should receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of ordering, but i was getting nervous about not having concrete info (and also having 2 different confirmation numbers from the CS phone rep) so I tweeted to @VZWSupport and they were a huge help!!!! They even called me to make sure that the order was confirmed. Great CS on twitter!

i ordered it through the phone customer service because i have a business account and the online wasnt working so they gave me a confirmation # which didnt work..then i called back and got the actual order # so you might want to call customer service and see if they have it now..they might not have had it this morning. but my best advice is to maybe ask them on twitter because the response time was much quicker than sitting on hold for a verizon rep

I called and she texted me the confirmation number and has a delivery date of 9/21Is there a place I can check the info w this number?

After you purchased your phone it should have said to wait 24 hours since there are many people ordering online

I too placed an order at 6 pm last night and haven't received the email confirmation.

I haven't gotten one either. I placed an order this morning and got an email saying it was cancelled. So i re pre-ordered and haven't gotten a conf. email yet....being patient though!

I haven't gotten my email confirmation. I signed up for Verizon and pre ordered the iPhone at the same time. I thought it was taking so long cause I was a new customer but looks like it's everyone. Since I'm new there's no way for CS reps to check my status :smileysad:
