Im all set. You need to call in. Thats the only way. They were just able to place my order. Only the 6 is available for preorder. The rest is already moved into October

Tip USE SAFARI!!
I struggled for over an hour with firefox and got nowhere (was super slow too). Constant ECPD errors. Just used safari and it was really fast and responsive zipped through no errors. Only downside is I'm at the back of the queue so my space gray 64gb has a delivery date of 10/7 argggggggg

If the error is in fact due to the employee discount Verizon dropped the ball here big time. I never was able to get past the ECPD error when upgrading my device tried for90minutes. I did the new customer and it went through without a hitch but i would have to change my phone number....not good!! Decided to give it one last shot on Apple Store App and was able to have the iPhone 6 Plus silver 16GB reserved...got a reservation number since they were having issues connecting to verizon. So happy!! Been month to month over 2 years waiting on the 6!!! If you don't care to change your number go as a new customer or use apple store app. Good luck and good night!
Verizon this is no way to treat your existing customers!!
