I have iPhone 5 s-- and never have known the passcode- I have only used touch ID- the phone requested my passcode to activate the touch ID - How can I locate the passcode-
We understand the desire to retrieve the passcode for your phone kathaybemiller. We will definitely do everything we can to help. With the iPhone, the passcode is created by the user at the time you are setting the phone so we would not have access to your personal passcode on our end.
