I have an iPhone 5s, and I downloaded the Verizon cloud app, but I can't seem to find an option to save all my hundreds of NOTES and TEXTS to the cloud. How do I make it save?!?!?

Verizon Cloud is limited to what it can/cannot backup on Apple devices. See question 13 under Using Verizon Cloud on the FAQ page: Verizon Cloud FAQs | Verizon Wireless for a list of where we can pull content from for backup.
