I am sending my iPhone 11 in for a trade in value. I have wiped all my info from my old phone and And NO where on the box has my information. How will they know it’s mine to apply credits!?

Just like Doggo had mentioned, the IMEI of your phone is how a trade-in gets processed. You should also be using the correct return label for your trade as well - sending it back to us with the wrong information will always result in avoidable issues, so please make sure you provide accurate info. It is always recommended to write down what your return label's tracking number is, but we also provide you with a Submission ID, which can be used here to track the status of your trade: https://www.verizon.com/od/trade-in/checkStatus#/ .
