How to Forward a Text to Your Email?

Is it possible to forward text messages to an email account from a phone number?

I'm hoping to set specific numbers to be received via email vs. text message. Or even just forward a certain #'s texts to something other than my phone! Smiley Happy

I am desperately trying to figure out how to do it - ideas?

So let me see if I understand. You want a text message from a specific person forwarded from your phone to an email address? And you also want this to happen without you doing it every time? Also, what phone do you have?
