Hi, I'm in Puerto Rico and can text, but can't call out; I can receive calls, though. I come here a lot, and have not had this problem before. What's up?

I am having the same problem! I am in San Juan. I can get calls but cannot make them. I can text out and receive texts.

Txs, Sandy, roaming was already active--- when I dial I get a message that says "Please enter the 10 digit phone number you are trying to reach"; my OS is 8.1.2.
What else can I try?

That did not help. My cellular talk and data roaming are both on. I am still unable to dial out.

I have called both, people here with me and people at home in Maryland. I get a rapid busy signal. My friend with ATT is able to use her phone.

Kathi, I finally got this fixed; I disabled "family plan" and that did it.
